OBJECTIVE: To improve the oral protection ability of special environmental workers and reduce the damage of ionizing radiation to the health of special environmental workers. Methods: With reference to the domestic and foreign literature about the health survey, protective equipment, equipment and measures of exposure to radiation personnel, and systematically exploring the oral injury mechanism and protection of special environmental workers by combining the current task force with the baseline data of environmental workers and the results of protective measures And research. Results: After being exposed to long-term low-dose chronic ionizing radiation, special environmental workers lost their balance of injury and repair and developed chronic oral lesions. The main manifestations were oral mucosal diseases, acute caries, dry mouth and periodontitis Oral disease. By wearing ionizing radiation masks, masks, using a variety of protective drugs and norms of protective measures, you can reduce or avoid ionizing radiation on the oral injury. Conclusion: The oral health effects of special environmental workers can not be ignored. Studying the damage mechanism and protection of special environmental workers in depth is of great significance for ensuring the health of special environmental workers and completing the task.
