目的观察溴敌隆在永兴岛大面积灭鼠的效果。方法采用粉剂法和鼠笼法调查鼠密度,在现场配制溴敌隆稻谷、花生米毒饵结合使用蜡块溴敌隆毒饵,采用饱和投药法投放溴敌隆毒饵。结果投放毒饵20d后,鼠密度(粉剂法)由灭前的41.7%下降到灭后20 d的10.8%和6个月的1.1%。结论结合灭鼠具体环境特点,灵活使用溴敌隆毒饵进行灭鼠,可以取得良好的灭鼠效果。
Objective To observe the effect of bromadiolone on rodent control in Yongxing Island. Methods The rat density was investigated by the powder method and the squirrel cage method. In the field, bromopyoxazole rice was formulated. The peanut poison bait was combined with the wax block bromadiolone bait. Results After the bait was administered for 20 days, the rat density (powder method) decreased from 41.7% before extinction to 10.8% after 20 days and 1.1% after 6 months. Conclusion Combining with the specific environmental characteristics of rodent control, the use of bromadiolone bait can be used flexibly to rodent control, which can achieve good anti-rodent effect.
