目的探讨使用牙周夹板修复治疗牙周病合并牙列缺损的切实可行的方法。方法牙周病合并各型牙列缺损85例,患牙牙槽骨吸收1/3～1/2,松动度Ⅰ～Ⅲ度,经牙周基础治疗后,以夹板式义齿修复。结果牙周病症状改善,咀嚼功能好。85例患者中,良好44例,进步28例,有效率84.7%。结论灵活运用多种夹板式义齿治疗牙周病合并牙列缺损效果良好。
Objective To explore the practical method of using periodontal splints in the treatment of periodontal disease with dentition defect. Methods Eighty - five cases of periodontal disease complicated with various types of dentition defects were collected, and their alveolar bone resorption was 1/3 ~ 1/2, degree of loosening was 1 ~ Ⅲ degree. After periodontal basic treatment, they were repaired by splint denture. Results periodontal disease symptoms improved, good chewing function. Of the 85 patients, 44 were in good condition, 28 were improved, and the effective rate was 84.7%. Conclusion The flexible use of a variety of splint-type dentures in the treatment of periodontal disease with dentition defect effect.
