1996年7月15日～19日,全国农村合作医疗经验交流会在河南省郑州市召开。国务委员彭珮云同志、国务院副秘书长徐志坚同志、卫生部陈敏章部长和中央、国务院有关部门的代表出席了会议,河南、山东、广东、宁夏、吉林、四川、辽宁、湖北等省、自治区分管卫生工作的副省长以及来自全国29个省(本)、自治区的300余名代表参加了会议。会议代表听取了河南、江苏、山东、上海等省(市)发展和完善合作医疗的经验介绍;河南省开封县、林州市作为经济欠发达农业县开展合作医疗的典型代表,为会议提供了学习现场。这是一次贯彻落实《关于国民经济和社会发展“九五”计划和2010年
From July 15 to July 19, 1996, the National Rural Cooperative Medical Experience Exchange Conference was held in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province. State Councilor Peng Pengyun, Comrade Xu Zhijian, deputy secretary-general of the State Council, Minister Chen Minzhang of the Ministry of Health, and representatives of relevant departments of the Central Government and the State Council attended the meeting. Henan, Shandong, Guangdong, Ningxia, Jilin, Sichuan, Liaoning, Hubei and other provinces and autonomous regions took charge of the health management. The deputy governors of the work, as well as more than 300 representatives from 29 provinces (regions) and autonomous regions across the country, attended the meeting. Representatives of the conference heard presentations on the development and improvement of cooperative medical services in provinces (cities) such as Henan, Jiangsu, Shandong, and Shanghai; Kaifeng County and Linzhou City, Henan Province, as typical representatives of cooperative medical services in underdeveloped agricultural counties, provided the conference with Study the scene.
