研究EPC模式下核电业主对监理单位的管理,可以充分发挥监理在核电工程建设中的作用,也有利于业主方合理调配自身有限的资源,实现项目管理效益的最大化。通过对国内核电项目监理模式及EPC模式下监理单位管理范围的定位分析,从EPC模式下优化业主与监理单位的管理资源、合理增加监理授权、建立并完善项目管理文件体系、及对监理单位进行考核等角度提出管控思路。
