对吹塑薄膜平面螺旋式模头内熔体流动现象进行了三维数值模拟。结果表明:随着螺槽的逐渐消退,螺槽内熔体的速度由入口处的沿螺槽方向流动逐渐变为沿模头径向流动,而间隙内熔体的速度沿径向流动。间隙中熔体的压力等值线为近似同心圆,而螺槽中熔体的压力等值线由垂直于螺槽逐渐变为与间隙中的等压线一致。
The three-dimensional numerical simulation of melt flow in blown film planar spiral die was carried out. The results show that with the gradual fading out of the groove, the melt velocity in the groove gradually changes from the entrance to the groove along the radial direction of the die. The melt velocity in the gap flows radially. The pressure contour of the melt in the gap is approximately concentric, while the pressure contour of the melt in the screw groove gradually changes from perpendicular to the spiral groove to be consistent with the isobaric line in the gap.
