高职院校要强化质量意识,加强质量保障体系建设,这应当引起政府、学校乃至社会各界的高度重视。高职院校内部质量保障体系建设,不仅要建立质量管理制度,更要形成质量文化;不是由外而内的监控系统,而是内外结合的保障系统;不仅针对教学,还应包括学生教育和行政管理;不仅涵盖过程,也要综合考量输入和输出;不仅要由质量管理人员进行评价,而且要求全部专兼教职员工和学生参与。
Higher vocational colleges should strengthen the awareness of quality and strengthen the construction of quality assurance system, which should arouse great attention from the government, schools and even all sectors of society. The construction of internal quality assurance system in higher vocational colleges not only sets up the quality management system, but also forms a quality culture. It is not a monitoring system from the outside to the inside but a combination of internal and external security systems. It not only aims at teaching but also includes student education and Administration; covers not only the process, but also input and output; it is evaluated not only by quality managers but also by all faculty members and students.
