北京市卫生防疫站“测定、编制北京地区食物营养成份表”课题,1989年12月通过专家鉴定。北京市卫生防疫站,用了三年多的时间对北京地区和外埠进京的20类612种食品的28项营养成分进行了分析,所获得的28653个数据经计算机处理,编制出了北京地区食物营养成份表。第一部分:20类612种食品,每种食品出28项营养成份。第二部分:20种主要营养素在主要食物中的分布,由含量高向低排序。第三部分:部分食品中氨基酸、脂肪酸、胆固醇的含量。第四部分: Beijing Municipal Health and Epidemic Prevention Station “Determination of the preparation of food nutrition in Beijing table” issue, in December 1989 through expert identification. Beijing Municipal Health and Epidemic Prevention Station spent more than three years analyzing the 28 nutritional components of 20 types of 612 kinds of foodstuffs entering Beijing in Beijing and other cities. The obtained 28,653 data were processed by computer and the data of Beijing area Food nutrition ingredient table. Part I: Twenty-two categories of 612 foods with 28 nutrients per food. The second part: the distribution of 20 kinds of main nutrients in the main food, from high content to low order.
