红宝石脉冲激光器和外同步触发信号结合实现了齿轮轮齿动态散斑图的记录.用精确的时间延时得到齿轮轮齿完整啮合过程的二次曝光散斑图,经图像自动处理系统分析,获得了轮齿完整啮合过程的动态变形.实测值与有限元计算结果的变化趋势一致.
The combination of ruby pulsed laser and external synchronizing triggering signal can realize the dynamic speckle pattern recording of gear tooth.The second exposure speckle pattern of complete meshing process of gear tooth is obtained by precise time delay and is analyzed by image automatic processing system The dynamic deformation of the complete meshing process of gear teeth is consistent with that of the finite element calculation.
