1985—1987年用田间试验和室内分析等手段,进行了测土施肥的研究。田间校验研究确定,土壤碱解氮含量与相对产量间以配置双曲线方程为最优,对应于小麦相对产量<50%,50—70%,70—90%和>90%的碱解氮测定值为<45,45—74,74—116和>116ppm—N,此即灌漠土供氮能力的“极低”、“低”、“中”、“高”等级的丰缺指标。根据9个肥料用量试验函数式计算的最佳施肥量,随土壤碱解氮含量增多,施氮量相应减少。
