目的:探寻长度≥10μm石棉纤维的生物学效应,并且同≤5μm石棉纤维的效应作比较。方法:用豚鼠肺泡巨噬细胞体外培育。结果:细胞死亡率和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性随培育时间和染尘剂量增加而增加;但钾离子浓度则随时间和剂量的增加而降低。结论:实验结果显示出≥10μm石棉纤维的细胞毒性作用小于≤5μm的细胞毒性作用。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the biological effects of asbestos fibers longer than 10μm in length and to compare them with the effect of asbestos fibers ≤5μm. Methods: Alveolar macrophages were cultured in vitro. Results: The cell death rate and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) activity increased with incubation time and the dosage of dyed dust; however, the potassium concentration decreased with time and dose. Conclusion: The experimental results show that the cytotoxic effect of asbestos fibers ≥10μm is less than that of ≤5μm.
