利用电子显微镜等现代测试技术手段,研究了稀土元素Ce含量不同的情况下,新型铸造铝合金微观组织结构变化情况,分析了这些变化与合金力学性能之间的相互关系.结果表明,稀土元素Ce的加入对该铝合金的微观组织、相结构,晶粒大小,杂质元素的含量以及夹杂物的数量和分布,时效析出产物的类型和大小等,都产生了较大的影响,进而影响了该合金的力学性能;其次,适量稀土Ce的加入可以使该合金具有较高强度的同时又具有较好的塑性,以及良好的强塑性配合.图8,表1,参12.
