班级管理工作是非常琐碎的。它特别需要班主任的爱心、耐心与责任心,需要创造力。这是因为我们面对的是数十个性格各异、思想活跃,富有创造力的孩子。在常态工作中,我十分关注学生的心理航向。一、案例班级一女生因父母离异、奶奶病逝,精神恍惚,失去了安全感。自闭、寡言,课上伏案,好低头用手机跟外校男生发短信,早恋了。
