高职院校肩负着培养适应社会发展需求的高水平技能型人才的重任,而完成此任务关键在于师资,加强师资队伍建设,促进教师发展就成了高职院校的重要工作之一。在师资队伍建设工作中,加强教师培训工作,是最直接、最广泛、最有效的全面提升教师整体素质和水平的途径。本文旨在通过培训工作信息化管理的设计,来实现高校培训工作的系统化、自动化和规范化,为受训的教师以及人事管理工作者提供工作的改进和便利。
Higher vocational colleges shoulder the heavy task of training high-level skilled talents who adapt to the needs of social development. The key to accomplish this task lies in teaching, strengthening the construction of teaching staff and promoting teacher development have become one of the important tasks in higher vocational colleges. In the construction of teaching staff, strengthening teacher training is the most direct, the most extensive and most effective way to comprehensively enhance the overall quality and level of teachers. The purpose of this paper is to systematize, automate and standardize the training of colleges and universities through the design of information management of training work, and to provide the teachers and personnel management workers with training to improve and facilitate the work.
