为了解毛木耳发菌棚中空气真菌与温度和湿度的关系以及发菌棚内主要的真菌种类,在四川省毛木耳主栽区的接种季节,对毛木耳发菌棚内外空气中24 h的真菌数量和主要种类进行检测,并运用SPSS软件分析了真菌数量与棚内外空气温度和湿度的关系,结合形态特征和r DNA ITS区序列的综合分析,对发菌棚内分离所得主要真菌进行鉴定。结果表明,凌晨1:00到5:00时间段中空气真菌数量较小,棚内外空气真菌数量呈显著正相关,但与棚内外空气温度和湿度都不呈显著相关性,检测时间内空气中的真菌种类有曲霉属、木霉属、蓝状菌属、链格孢属。本试验显示,凌晨1:00到5:00适宜于毛木耳菌袋接种工作,毛木耳发菌棚中真菌曲霉属的菌株较多。
In order to understand the relationship between the air fungus and the temperature and humidity in the mushroom fungus shed and the main fungi species in the fungus shed, in the inoculation season of the fungus cultivating area in Sichuan Province, The number of fungi and the main species were detected. The relationship between the number of fungi and air temperature and humidity inside and outside shed was analyzed by SPSS software. The main fungi isolated from the shed were identified by combining morphological characteristics and ITS sequences . The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between the number of airborne fungi and airborne fungi during the period of 1:00 to 5:00 am but no significant correlation with air temperature and humidity inside and outside the shelter. The fungal species are Aspergillus, Trichoderma, Cymbidium, Alternaria. The test showed that 1:00 to 5:00 suitable for inoculation of hair fungus Mushroom bag, hair fungus shed fungus Aspergillus strains more.
