我厂有一种薄板类零件,如图所示。它是某大型仪器的关键零件。这种又薄又长的零件特别容易产生扭翘和弯曲变形。该零件的材料是CrWMn钢,这种材料热处理后的变形小,适宜于制做高精度的零件,但是它的热处理工艺性能较差,易开裂,磨削的加工性能也较差,易产生磨削裂纹,该零件与其它零件之间具有相对运动的摩擦副,要求具有高的尺寸稳定性和耐磨性。
