对信号交叉口服务水平的内涵和外延做了分析,借鉴灰色聚类的思想,用灰数表示评价指标和聚类阈值,构建了基于梯形白化权函数的灰数表达公式和聚类模型,利用道路信号交叉口的交通特性和可比较原则,提出一种基于正态分布3σ原则和1.23σ原则的灰数取值方法,并用所建模型对3个信息号交叉口服务水平进行聚类评价。结果表明:交叉口A1、A2、A3的最大聚类值分别为[0.416,0.839]、[0.202,0.728]、[0.413,0.645],服务水平从优到劣排序为A1、A3、A2,实例说明所建模型和灰数取值方法合理有效。
The connotation and denotation of service level at signalized intersections are analyzed. By referring to the idea of gray clustering, gray index is used to represent evaluation index and clustering threshold, and gray number expression formula and clustering model based on trapezoidal whitening weight function are constructed. Traffic characteristics and comparision principle of road intersection, a method of gray value based on the normal distribution 3σ principle and 1.23σ principle is proposed, and the service level of three information intersections is evaluated by using the built model. The results show that the maximum clustering values of A1, A2 and A3 are [0.416,0.839], [0.202,0.728] and [0.413,0.645], respectively, and the service levels are A1 to A3 and A3, The model and gray value method are reasonable and effective.
