目的探讨性激素对机体阴阳平衡的调节作用。方法３２例男性冠心病肾虚患者分为肾阴虚组１７例，肾阳虚组１５例，观察丽参注射液治疗前后血清雌二醇（Ｅ２—、睾酮（Ｔ）、Ｅ２／Ｔ和肾虚症状计分变化，并以１５名健康人为对照。结果肾虚两组Ｔ显著降低（Ｐ＜０．０５～０．０１）；肾阴虚组Ｅ２、Ｅ２／Ｔ明显升高，肾阳虚组Ｅ２则明显降低（Ｐ＜０．０１）。治疗后随着肾虚症状积分改善，两组Ｔ均显著回升，肾阴虚组Ｅ２、Ｅ２／Ｔ显著回落，肾阳虚组Ｅ２显著回升（Ｐ＜０．０１），均接近对照组水平（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论冠心病肾虚患者阴阳平衡失调与性激素水平变化有关，人参逆转性激素变化的效应，对改善肾虚阴阳失调症状有积极影响，表明性激素水平变化对调节、维护机体阴阳平衡起重要作用
Objective To investigate the regulatory effect of sex hormones on the yin and yang balance of the body.
