目的关于HGV/GBV C组织亲和性的研究尚无结论性资料。我们研究了HGV/GBV C与HCV混合感染者PBMC和肝脏中HGV/GBV C复制中间体 (负链RNA)的存在状况。方法应用逆转录 巢式PCR技术 ,检测了32例肝炎患者HGV/GBV C和HVC正、负链RNA。结果有26例HGV/GBV C与HCV混合感染者PBMC和肝脏中均未检测到HGV/GBV C负链RNA ;而在9份PBMC和15份肝脏标本中检出HCV负链RNA。结论HGV/GBV C与HCV混合感染时 ,在PBMC和肝脏中尚未发现该病毒复制的证据 ,提示在肝炎病毒混合感染患者中 ,PBMC和肝脏可能不是HGV/GBV C复制的场所。
Purpose There is no conclusive data on the affinity of HGV / GBV C tissues. We examined the presence of HGV / GBV C replication intermediates (negative-strand RNA) in PBMCs and livers of HGV / GBV C and HCV-infected individuals. Methods Reverse transcriptase nested PCR was used to detect positive and negative RNA of HGV / GBV C and HVC in 32 hepatitis patients. Results No HGV / GBV C negative RNA was detected in PBMCs and livers of 26 HGV / GBV C and HCV co-infected patients. HCV negative RNA was detected in 9 PBMCs and 15 liver samples. Conclusion No evidence of replication of this virus has been found in PBMC and liver when HGV / GBV C is mixed with HCV, suggesting that PBMC and liver may not be the sites of replication of HGV / GBV C in patients with hepatitis B virus co-infection.
