目的通过对近6 a来解放军第113医院住院死亡部队离休老干部病历分析,探讨离休老干部死亡原因及相关因素,为制定相应干预措施提供依据。方法采用回顾性分析方法,分析2003-11-2009-11解放军第113医院住院死亡老干部致死疾病的疾病谱及死亡原因。结果老干部死亡原因前4位依次为恶性肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病、循环系统疾病、脑血管病,占全部死因的90.54%。其中,恶性肿瘤死因主要为肺癌和消化道癌,占全部死亡癌症数的86.67%。结论恶性肿瘤尤其是肺部肿瘤是导致老干部死亡的主要疾病,其原因可能与长期吸烟及环境污染等有关。大力提倡戒烟,保护生态环境,定期健康检查,对提高老年人健康,降低死亡率有重要的意义。
Objective To analyze the medical records of retired veteran cadres in the 113th Hospital of PLA in the past 6 years and discuss the causes and related factors of the death of retired veteran cadres so as to provide the basis for formulating the corresponding interventions. Methods The retrospective analysis method was used to analyze the disease spectrum and the cause of death in the lethal illness of veteran cadres hospitalized in the 113th Hospital of People’s Liberation Army from 2003-11-2009-11. Results The top 4 causes of death among veteran cadres were malignant tumors, respiratory diseases, circulatory diseases and cerebrovascular diseases, accounting for 90.54% of all causes of death. Among them, the main causes of cancer deaths were lung cancer and gastrointestinal cancer, accounting for 86.67% of the total number of cancer deaths. Conclusions Malignant tumors, especially lung tumors, are the major causes of death among veteran cadres. The reasons may be related to long-term smoking and environmental pollution. Vigorously promoting smoking cessation, protecting the ecological environment and regular health examination are of great significance to improving the health of the elderly and reducing the mortality rate.
