【目的】探讨终末期肾功能衰竭维持性血液透析患者血清瘦素与甲状旁腺素的关系。【方法】检测29例终末期肾功能衰竭维持性血液透析患者体脂含量、血清白蛋白、球蛋白、胆固醇、甘油三酯、肌酐、尿素氮、甲状旁腺素和瘦素,多重直线逐层分析法筛选出对血清瘦素有影响的指标。【结果】终末期肾功能衰竭维持性血液透析患者女性体脂及瘦素显著高于男性患者,血清瘦素与体脂呈正相关(γ=100.30),与甲状旁腺素水平呈负相关(γ=-0.0149),女性患者甲状旁腺素与瘦素/体脂负相关(γ=-0.454,P=0.045),男性患者甲状旁腺素与瘦素/体脂无显著性相关(γ=-0.454,P=0.832)。【结论】终末期肾功能衰竭维持性血液透析女性患者血清瘦素与甲状旁腺素水平呈负相关,甲状旁腺素可能参与调节瘦素的分泌。
【Objective】 To investigate the relationship between serum leptin and parathyroid hormone in maintenance hemodialysis patients with end-stage renal failure. 【Methods】 Twenty-nine patients with end-stage renal failure who underwent maintenance hemodialysis had serum lipid, serum albumin, globulin, cholesterol, triglyceride, creatinine, urea nitrogen, parathyroid hormone and leptin, Analytical method screened for serum leptin influential indicators. 【Results】 Body fat and leptin levels were significantly higher in women with end-stage renal failure who underwent maintenance hemodialysis than those in men. Serum leptin was positively correlated with body fat (γ = 100.30) and negatively correlated with parathyroid hormone (γ = -0.0149). There was no significant correlation between parathyroid hormone and leptin / body fat in males (γ = -0.454, P = 0.045) 0.454, P = 0.832). 【Conclusion】 Serum leptin and parathyroid hormone levels are negatively correlated with maintenance hemodialysis in women with end-stage renal failure. Parathyroid hormone may be involved in the regulation of leptin secretion.
