分析了分布反馈式半导体激光器(DFB)在模拟AMCATV传输系统中产生的二次非线性失真,利用低维速率方程组推导了二次谐波失真的表达式,计算了失真的幅度,并与系统指标作了比较.另外还对预失真技术在理论上进行了分析和推导,给出了预失真网络的结构,对具体电路进行了分析,并给出了部分实验结果
The second-order nonlinear distortion of distributed feedback semiconductor laser (DFB) in the analog AMCATV transmission system is analyzed. The expression of second-order harmonic distortion is derived by using the low-dimensional velocity equations. The distortion amplitude is calculated and compared with the system Indicators made a comparison. In addition, the theory of predistortion is analyzed and deduced theoretically. The structure of predistortion network is given, and the concrete circuit is analyzed. Some experimental results are also given
