目的 探讨静脉溶栓治疗对急性心肌梗死患者血液中性粒细胞表面的补体含量的影响。方法 用免疫荧光标记法和流式细胞术 ,测定 16例急性心肌梗死患者静脉溶栓后沉积于中性粒细胞表面的补体片段C3c含量的动态变化。结果 溶栓后 30min ,中性粒细胞表面的C3c含量升高 3倍 ,溶栓后 6 0min和 12 0min恢复至溶栓前的水平。结论 溶栓治疗激活急性心肌梗死患者的补体系统 ,使沉积于中性粒细胞表面的补体片段含量一过性升高。这些变化是否对急性心肌梗死的病理过程产生不利的影响 ,值得进一步探讨。
Objective To investigate the effect of intravenous thrombolysis on the level of complement on the surface of blood neutrophils in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods The dynamic changes of C3c content in complement fragments deposited on neutrophils after intravenous thrombolysis in 16 patients with acute myocardial infarction were measured by immunofluorescence labeling and flow cytometry. Results Thirty minutes after thrombolysis, the level of C3c on the surface of neutrophils increased 3-fold. The level of C3c returned to the pre-thrombolysis level at 60 minutes and 120 minutes after thrombolysis. Conclusion Thrombolytic therapy activates the complement system in patients with AMI and transiently increases the content of complement fragments deposited on the surface of neutrophils. Whether these changes have an adverse effect on the pathological process of acute myocardial infarction is worth further exploration.
