为了进一步提高布料模型的实用性,针对高炉布料数值模拟的现状,将高炉布料理论和人工智能算法相结合,解决了以往布料模型存在的缺陷和难点,建立了全炉料层分布数值模拟模型,并对模型计算结果和模拟效果进行了对比讨论。从模拟结果来看,新建立的模型能够对高炉复杂布料过程的料层分布数值模拟,适应性强,与传统模型相比,模拟效果更贴近实际。
In order to further improve the practicability of the cloth model, aiming at the status quo of numerical simulation of the blast furnace fabric, combining the theory of blast furnace cloth and the artificial intelligence algorithm, the defects and difficulties in the past cloth model are solved, and the numerical simulation model of the whole charge distribution is established. The model calculation results and simulation results are compared and discussed. From the simulation results, the new model can simulate the distribution of blast furnace in complex cloth process and has strong adaptability. Compared with the traditional model, the simulation results are more realistic.
