衡之宝低、中浓度组(1g/kg/d,3g/kg/d)小鼠避暗回避反应能力有提高,电击前逃避潜伏期分别为7.5±6.3s及6.9±5.9s,电击后为24.5±19.4s及26.9±20.3s,P<0.01;跳台被动回避反应的获得也比空白对照组提前1个测试期;游泳迷宫测试的逃避潜伏期比空白对照组提前1天时间达显著;对学习记忆的改善与吡拉西坦组(1g/kg/d)的作用相似。高浓度组(10g/kg/d)无效。中浓度组对酒精引起的避暗被动回避记忆再现的损害和低中浓度组对东莨菪碱引起的游泳迷宫空间辨认获得障碍的对抗作用。以上结果显示本品可改善动物被动回避记忆的获得,保持及再现能力。
