本文介绍为某厂研制的两级计算机能源管理系统的结构、通讯方式、中央微型计算机的程序模块结构、模拟画面的制作、能源数据管理以及区域单板计算机的主程序结构框图。系统由一台M20D中央微型计算机和十三台Z80—Ⅱ区域单板机组成,是个在线的数据收集网,能收集全厂490个水、电、压缩空气、蒸汽等能源参数,可以实时监视各种流体管网、电力系统和各大型动力设备的运行状态,能实现超负荷报警、汉字打印报表和绘制各种负荷曲线等多种功能,实现了对能源的统一集中管理。系统经过现场一个月的运行,证明系统结构合理、可靠、可应用于厂矿企业的各种能源管理。
This article describes the structure of a two-tier computer energy management system developed for a plant, communication methods, the central microcomputer program module structure, the simulation screen production, energy data management and regional single board computer main program structure diagram. The system is composed of a M20D central microcomputer and thirteen Z80-Ⅱ regional single-board machines. It is an online data collection network that can collect 490 water, electricity, compressed air, steam and other energy parameters of the whole plant and can monitor each The fluid pipe network, the power system and the operation status of the major power equipment can realize various functions such as overload alarm, Chinese character printing and reporting, and drawing various load curves to achieve unified centralized management of energy. After a month’s operation, the system proves that the system structure is reasonable and reliable and can be applied to all kinds of energy management in factories and mines.
