自１９９３年６月～１９９４年７月期间用氨酸心安与慢心律合用治疗５４例难治性室性心律失常，４７例获满意疗效，总有效率达８７．０３％，治疗前室早的平均数为１６．０２±８．９２次／分，治疗后为７．２０±８．８２次／分（Ｐ＜０．０１），提示氨酸心安伍用慢心律控制难治性室早，效果较好。
54 cases of refractory ventricular arrhythmia were treated with combination of niacin and slow heartbeat from June 1993 to July 1994, and 47 cases achieved satisfactory curative effect with a total effective rate of 87.03%. Before treatment, The mean was 16.02 ± 8.92 beats / min and was 7.20 ± 8.82 beats / min after treatment (P <0.01) The effect is better.
