用淋巴细胞单克隆抗体检测了23例癌症病人外周血淋巴细胞,并用PWM 和LPS研究了4例癌症病人的淋巴细胞功能.结果发现癌症病人血中OKT_4~+细胞显著少于正常人,Leu—7~+细胞多于正常人,OKT_(?)~+细胞和HI_(?)~+细胞与正常人差异不显著.癌症病人PWM 和LPS 诱导的淋巴细胞之间的协同作用低于正常人.提示癌症病人存在T 辅助细胞数量与功能的降低.
Lymphocyte monoclonal antibody was used to detect the peripheral blood lymphocytes of 23 cancer patients and the lymphocyte function of 4 cancer patients was studied by PWM and LPS.The results showed that OKT 4 ~ + cells in cancer patients were significantly less than those in normal people, Leu- There was no significant difference between OKT_ (superscript ~) ~ + cells and HI_ (~) ~ + cells and normal lymphocytes in cancer patients, and the synergistic effects between PWM and LPS-induced lymphocytes in cancer patients were lower than those in normal subjects. Suggesting that there is a decrease in the number and function of T helper cells in cancer patients.
