目的 :了解成都地区男男性行为者的行为状态。方法 :在MSM社区中进行匿名问卷调查。结果 :被调查者平均年龄 2 5 . 9岁 ,64 . 2 %的人为大专及以上文化程度 ,72 . 6%的人只有同性性行为 ,16 . 8%的人偶尔有异性性行为 ,首次性行为发生的年龄为 17 . 7岁 ,初次同性性行为发生年龄平均为 18 . 8岁 ,每次性行为时使用安全套的占 16 .8%。结论 :在该人群中加强健康教育和同伴教育 ,提高他们对性病艾滋病的危害认识和自我保护意识 ,降低他们罹患疾病的机会 ,也能够降低他们作为疾病传播桥梁的作用。
Purpose: To understand the behavioral status of men who have sex with men in Chengdu. Method : Conduct anonymous surveys in the MSM community. Results: The average age of respondents was 25.9 years old, 64. 2% of them were college degree or above, 72.6% of them were homosexuals, 16.8% of them had occasional heterosexuality, first time The age at which the behavior occurred was 17.7 years. The average age of the first homosexual act was 18.8 years, and 16.8% of condoms were used for each sex. Conclusion : Strengthening health education and peer education in this population will increase their awareness of HIV/AIDS and awareness of self-protection and reduce their chances of suffering from the disease. It will also reduce their role as bridges for disease transmission.
