The deformability of red blood cells helps to reduce blood viscosity in large blood vessels and to ensure that red blood cells pass through capillaries and splenic cord. Abnormal erythrocyte rheology can lead to microcirculation disorders resulting in ischemia or premature red blood cells into the reticuloendothelial system caused by anemia. This article analyzes the physiological, pathological, genetic factors such as abnormal red blood cells caused by abnormal mechanical properties, to study what changes will not cause lesions. The results of this study indicate that high densities of aged erythrocytes decrease deformability despite increasing area and volume loss by 20% and membrane viscosity by 60%
