试验证明,在低温、连续光照诱导甜菜实生苗抽苔的基础上,适当施加赤霉素等植物激素,可显著提高抽苔率。当不具备低温或不具备低温及连续光照条件时,仅施以植物激素也可导致抽苔。这项试验对缩短甜菜的育种年限,消除母根甜菜生产中出现的顽固(不抽苔)植株类型可能有一定意义.针对今年试验中出现的抽苔逆转现象及抽苔后开花率较低的现象,还初步讨论了甜菜发育的某些机理问题。
Experiments show that, at low temperature, continuous light-induced sugar beet seedling bolting based on the appropriate application of gibberellin and other plant hormones, can significantly improve the moss rate. Applying phytohormones can also cause bolting when temperatures are not available or do not have low temperatures and continuous light conditions.
