网球运动是一项极具魅力而高雅的体育项目,在国际上享有极高的美誉度和极强的影响力。也是深受大学生喜爱的健身运动项目,通过对保定高校开设网球的现状进行分析,采用文献资料法,数据统计法,调查问卷法对高校网球提出必要性和可行性。因此在高校增加网球教学内容,是高校体育推行素质教育和全民健身运动深一步开展的需要。对推动高校体育教育改革和发展有一定的实践意义。
Tennis is a very attractive and elegant sports, enjoy a high international reputation and strong influence. It is also an exercise program popular among college students. By analyzing the present situation of tennis in Baoding University, this paper puts forward the necessity and feasibility of college tennis by adopting the methods of literature review, data statistics and questionnaire. Therefore, increasing tennis teaching content in colleges and universities is the need of carrying out quality education and national fitness exercise in colleges and universities. It is of practical significance to promote the reform and development of college physical education.
