The authors et al. previously reported that ginseng quercus contains a large amount of saponins similar to ginseng, and its saponins are identified as panaxadiol, ginseng triol, and oleanolic acid, respectively. In order to further elucidate the similarities and differences between ginsenosides and ginsenosides, the authors studied the separation and structure of ginseng ginseng saponins, and reported the isolation and identification of ginsenosides. The total ginsenosides of ginseng roots were repeatedly subjected to silica gel column chromatography to separate two kinds of monomeric saponins, which were tentatively called ginseng locust saponins A and B (hereinafter referred to as saponins A and B).
