安徽省立医院是一所设备较为先进,分科比较精细,力量较为雄厚,具有医疗、教学、科研和预防、保健、康复多功能的省级综合性医院。全院共有病床1000张,科室47个,共有医技人员1310人,其中临床医疗科室35个,护理人员513人。面对这支庞大的护理队伍,如何提高这支力量的专业水平和业务素质是一项长期、艰巨而繁重的战略任务。本文就近几年来省立医院对护理人员继续教育的形式和效果作一粗浅分析,以作为今后工作的参考。
Anhui Provincial Hospital is a provincial-level general hospital with more advanced equipment, more detailed sub-specialty, and strong strength, medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, and prevention, health care, and rehabilitation. The hospital has a total of 1,000 beds, 47 departments, a total of 1310 medical technicians, including 35 clinical medical departments and 513 nursing staff. Faced with this huge nursing team, how to improve the professional level and professional quality of this force is a long-term, arduous and arduous strategic task. In this paper, a brief analysis of the forms and effects of continuing education for nursing staff in provincial hospitals in recent years is taken as a reference for future work.
