研究了在烧结混料时运用喷吹轻烧白云石粉工艺,以及不同轻烧白云石粉添加量、水分添加量对烧结混料情况、混料机粘料率和烧结矿冷态强度的影响规律。在此基础上与传统熔剂的添加工艺进行了比较分析并进行了烧结杯试验研究。结果表明:采用喷吹方式加入轻烧白云石粉,与传统配入方式相比,烧结混料情况改善,混合料制粒效果和混匀情况变好,同时粘料率降低0.69%~0.97%,烧结矿的冷态强度略有升高,但变化不大。得出保证烧结矿最佳混料情况和冷态强度的轻烧白云石喷吹量为4.64%,最佳喷吹位置为一混时及w(H2O)=7.5%时。
The effects of adding light burned dolomite powder, adding the amount of light burned dolomite, the amount of added water on the sintering mixture, the rate of the binder of the mixer and the cold strength of the sintered ore were studied. On this basis, compared with the traditional flux addition process, the sintering cup experiment was carried out. The results showed that adding burnt dolomite powder by injection method improved the sintering mixture compared with the traditional blending method, the granulation effect and mixing of the mixture became better, and the rate of the binder decreased 0.69% -0.97% Cold intensity of ore slightly increased, but little changed. The conclusion is drawn that the light burned dolomite output of 4.64%, the best position of blowing and the w (H2O) = 7.5% when the best mixing condition and cold strength of sinter are ensured.
