由于清真食品的内在特殊规定使得穆斯林消费者很难判别其“合法性”。从经济学角度考量,正是由于清真食品内在属性及经济发展和科技进步的推动,其认证制度也随之产生和发展。目前,国际上已建立起以“第三方认证”为核心的清真食品认证制度。而在中国,对内本身存在着保障信奉伊斯兰教的少数民族食品安全的需求,对外则有参与国际清真食品竞争的需要,基于此,顺应清真食品认证制度的国际发展趋势以及食品工业化的客观规律,建立起统一、现代的清真食品认证制度,提高国际贸易参与度以促进清真食品产业发展是一亟待解决的问题。
Due to the inherent special requirements of Muslim food, it is very difficult for Muslim consumers to judge their “legitimacy.” From an economic point of view, it is precisely because of the inherent properties of halal food and economic development and the promotion of scientific and technological progress, its certification system also will be generated and developed. At present, the halal food certification system with “third party certification” as the core has been established in the world. However, in China, there is a need for the food safety of the minority nationalities who insist on Islam in their own country, and the need to participate in international competition for halal food externally. Based on this, the international development trend of halal food certification system and the objective laws of food industrialization , Establishing a unified and modern halal food certification system and raising the participation in international trade so as to promote the development of the halal food industry is an urgent issue to be solved.
