从患“红体综合症”的斑节对虾 (Penaeusmonodon)体内分离到一株细菌 6 10 1号 ,回归感染证实了其致病性 ,经形态观察以及生理生化特性检测 ,鉴定为河流弧菌 (Ⅰ型 ) .提取河流弧菌 6 10 1号胞外产物 ,分析其酶成分 ,定量检测了胞外产物中蛋白酶、酸性磷酸酯酶和碱性磷酸酯酶的活性 ,将提取的河流弧菌 6 10 1号胞外产物对健康斑节对虾进行致死试验 ,证实其胞外产物所具有的毒性甚于该菌的菌悬液 .电镜观察致死对虾肝组织细胞严重受损 ,从细胞病理方面进一步证实了病原菌胞外产物的致病性 .
A strain of bacteria No. 6,101 was isolated from Penaeus monodon with “Red Sox Syndrome”. The pathogenicity was confirmed by regression analysis. The morphological and physiological and biochemical characteristics of Penaeus monodon were detected and identified as Vibrio cholerae Type Ⅰ) .The extracellular product of Vibrio cholerae 6 101 was extracted, the enzyme components were analyzed, and the activities of protease, acid phosphatase and alkaline phosphatase in extracellular products were quantitatively detected. The extracellular product of No. 10 No.1 lethal test on healthy P. monodon confirmed that the extracellular products had more toxicity than the bacterial suspension.Electron microscope further showed that the hepatocytes of the dead prawn were severely damaged and further confirmed by cytopathology Pathogenicity of pathogenic extracellular products.
