渗硼后的工件具有硬度高、热稳定性好、耐磨损和抗腐蚀等优点,渗硼处理作为钢件表面强化手段已被广泛应用。尤其是模具经渗硼处理,寿命能成倍地提高。目前渗硼用钢普遍拘泥于某种模具(或工具)传统所采用的材质,而不能根据不同材质渗硼处理后渗硼层组织的性能特点(尤其是耐磨性和脆性)加以合理地选用,故有时渗硼处理得不到满意的效果。本文重点对不同材质渗硼层的耐磨性和脆性进行了一些试验和探讨,提出一些看法,供实际生产中参考。
After boronizing the workpiece with high hardness, good thermal stability, abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance, boronizing treatment as a steel surface strengthening means has been widely used. In particular, the mold by boronizing treatment, life expectancy increased exponentially. Currently boronizing steel generally rigidly adhere to the traditional materials used in a mold (or tool), and can not be selected according to the performance characteristics (especially wear resistance and brittleness) of the boronized layer after the boronizing treatment of different materials , So sometimes boronizing treatment can not get satisfactory results. This article focuses on the different materials boronizing wear resistance and brittleness of some experiments and discussions, put forward some views for practical reference.
