现代译学界一直盛行种种“转向”之说,从语言转向到诠释学转向再到文化转向,从文化转向到技术转向再到权力转向,尤其是随着20世纪90年代人称的“权力转向”的到来(Bassnett & Trevedi,1999;Tymoczko & Gentzler,2002),人们开始思考译者与原作者、译者与原文、译者与译文之间的关系问题,还有翻译与政治、经济、军事等之间的权力关系问题,由此给世界译学界带来种种格局的变化。
