[ 目的] 探讨转移因子制备新工艺及其产品的生物活性.[ 方法] 采用酸处理和超滤等方法对传统的转移因子制备工艺进行改良.[ 结果] 改良工艺后平均多肽含量为3-27g/L,明显高于传统工艺平均多肽含量1-25g/L,提高近2-6 倍,同位素标记法测定其生物活性亦比原工艺制备明显提高.[ 结论] 新工艺不仅大大地节省原料、降低成本,而且显著地提高了多肽含量及生物活性.
[Objective] The research aimed to discuss the new technology of preparation of transfer factor and its biological activity. [Method] The traditional preparation methods of transfer factor were modified by acid treatment and ultrafiltration. [Result] The average content of polypeptide was 3-27g / L after the improved process, which was obviously higher than the average polypeptide content of 1-25g / L in the traditional process, increased nearly 2-6 times. The biological activity measured by isotope labeling method was also significantly higher than that of the original process improve. [Conclusion] The new process not only greatly saves the raw materials, reduces the cost, but also significantly increases the polypeptide content and the biological activity.
