根据列宾宗温降(考虑摩擦热)公式,计算架空保温管路在不伴热条件下油品温度沿管长的分布情况。由于油品物理性质和总传热系数K值都随温度而变化,故采用有限单元法,每隔n℃(自己设置n值)计算出一个管长值,累加得总管长,对于管内壁温度Tbi(Ti)和管外壁温度Tbi+1(Ti)的求解,采用试算法求解。另外,本文还讨论了不同保温层厚度、不同流速以及摩擦热对管线温降的影响。
According to the temperature drop (considering the frictional heat) formula of Liebinzong, the distribution of oil temperature along the pipe length of the overhead insulation pipe under the condition of no heating is calculated. As the physical properties of oil and the total heat transfer coefficient K values vary with temperature, so the use of finite element method, every n ℃ (their own set of n value) to calculate the length of a pipe, accumulate the total tube length, the tube wall temperature The solution of Tbi (Ti) and tube outer wall temperature Tbi + 1 (Ti) is solved by trial method. In addition, this paper also discussed the effect of different insulation thickness, different flow rate and frictional heat on the pipeline temperature drop.
