研究了高吸水性树脂(SAP)作为内养护材料对碱矿渣水泥砂浆抗压强度和收缩性能的影响。研究结果表明,掺加预吸水SAP可引起强度下降,下降幅度随着附加水胶比的增加而增大;SAP可大幅降低碱矿渣水泥砂浆的自收缩,但对绝对干燥收缩的影响较小,甚至可能会使其有所增加。
The effect of superabsorbent polymer (SAP) as internal curing material on compressive strength and shrinkage of alkali slag cement mortar was studied. The results show that the pretreatment of SAP with pre-absorption can cause the strength to decrease, and the decreasing extent increases with the increase of the ratio of water to binder; SAP can significantly reduce the self-shrinkage of alkali slag cement mortar but has little effect on the absolute dry shrinkage, It may even increase it.
