近年来,随着社会现代化进程的不断推进,建筑行业得到了飞速的发展,伴随着我国提出走绿色的可持续发展道路,建筑施工行业更加注重其施工的质量与环保。施工合同作为保障施工质量并推动建筑行业高效率、高质量以及更完整的发展,走可持续发展的道路具有极其重要的意义。在本文中,笔者根据自身的实践经验并结合对建筑管理中施工合同的调研,对施工合同的概念进行简要的概述,对建筑管理中施工合同的重要性进行详细的分析,并对加强施工合同在建筑管理中的有效措施进行深入的研究与探讨。
In recent years, with the continuous advancement of social modernization, the construction industry has witnessed rapid development.
