我国现行的高职《思想道德修养和法律基础》课是2005年中央宣传部和教育部下发的《关于进一步加强和改进高等学校思想政治理论课的意见》,将《法律基础》和《思想道德修养》课整合在了一起所形成的结构体系,是那个特定社会背景下倡导“以德治国”的历史产物。笔者结合自身从事高职《思想道德修养和法律基础》课程一线教学实践,认为我国高职法律基础课在功能定位上存在缺失,在实效性上存在严重不足,值得引入反思和着力完善,并提出了一些建议和措施。
