为确定客观评价再生运动神经功能的电生理检查方法,选用30只大耳白兔,随机分为5组,以左侧腓总神经为实验侧,右侧为正常对照组,动态测定兔腓总神经再生过程中的肌力及神经肌肉电生理检查各参数的变化,并对其进行直线相关分析。结果表明,电生理检查各参数与肌力呈平行地恢复,其中M波的振幅及神经肌肉传导速度与肌力有密切的直线相关关系。认为,神经肌肉的电生理检查能较早期地判断运动神经的再生及肌力的恢复
In order to determine the objective evaluation of electrophysiological examination of regenerative motor neurons, 30 rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups. The left common peroneal nerve was the experimental side and the right was the normal control group. The changes of muscle strength and neuromuscular electrophysiological examination during nerve regeneration were analyzed and linear correlation analysis was carried out. The results showed that electrophysiological parameters and muscle strength were restored in parallel, in which M wave amplitude and muscle conduction velocity and muscle strength has a close linear relationship. That the neuromuscular electrophysiological examination can determine the early motor nerve regeneration and muscle strength recovery
