In the process of management and development, the hospital needs to establish a sound system of hospital management, and the perfect modern hospital management system needs the idea of hospital innovation and the supporting guarantee tactics. This article elaborates the occurrence and development of the innovation of hospital management concept and the existing problems and solutions of hospital supervision system.
