[目的]建立染毒饲料中麦草畏原药的高效液相色谱(HPLC)分析方法,测定其均一性和稳定性。[方法]以乙腈-0.2 mmol/L磷酸二氢钾水溶液(体积比20∶80)为流动相,流速为1.0 m L/min,使用Agilent ZORBAX SAX离子交换色谱柱,紫外检测,波长230 nm,柱温30℃。[结果]低、中、高质量分数的染毒饲料样品平均回收率分别为103.9%、97.5%和93.8%。精密度分别为3.7%、2.6%和4.8%。线性相关系数大于0.999。配制的低、高染毒饲料的准确度分别为93.1%和103.7%。储存8 d后准确度分别为84.7%和87.2%。[结论]该方法简单可靠、分离效果好,精密度和准确度高、线性关系好。染毒饲料配制准确,储存稳定。
[Objective] To establish a HPLC method for the determination of dicamba in the poisoned feedstuff and determine its homogeneity and stability. [Method] The mobile phase was acetonitrile - 0.2 mmol / L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (volume ratio 20:80) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL / min using an Agilent ZORBAX SAX ion exchange column with UV detection at 230 nm. Column temperature 30 ℃. [Result] The average recoveries of low, medium and high quality feed samples were 103.9%, 97.5% and 93.8% respectively. The precision was 3.7%, 2.6% and 4.8% respectively. The linear correlation coefficient is greater than 0.999. The accuracy of formulated low and high-toxicity feed was 93.1% and 103.7% respectively. After 8 days of storage, the accuracy was 84.7% and 87.2% respectively. [Conclusion] The method is simple and reliable, the separation effect is good, the precision and accuracy are high, and the linear relationship is good. Infected feed preparation is accurate, stable storage.
