黑龙江省“十五”期间继续加大发展节水灌溉力度,计划5年发展工程节水灌溉面积33.6万hm~2,其中喷灌面积23.3万hm~2,微滴灌面积0.3万hm~2,水田工程节水面积10万hm~2;新增非工程节水灌溉面积100万hm~2,其中节水点灌面积66.7万hm~2,水田浅型控制灌溉33.3万hm~2。
During the “Tenth Five-Year Plan” period, Heilongjiang Province will continue to intensify the development of water-saving irrigation, and plan to develop a water-saving irrigation area of 336,000 hectares in a five-year development project, including 233,000 hectares of sprinkler irrigation area and 30,000 hectares of drip irrigation area. The water-saving area of the project is 100,000 hm ~ 2; the non-project water-saving irrigation area is 1 million hm ~ 2, of which the water-saving irrigation area is 667,000 hm ~ 2, and the paddy field shallow irrigation is 333,000 hm ~ 2.
