目前的辽宁经济结构，基本上是计划经济体制下构筑的框架，改革开放以来为应对短缺经济进行过多次修补性调整。显然，这种经济结构无法适应买方市场的要求。至今，经济结构的不合理诱发出的各种矛盾与体制性、机制性矛盾交织在一起，构筑了辽宁经济难以顺畅运行的一道道屏障，严重制约其发展。因此，对辽宁经济结构进行具有全局性、根本意义的调整迫在眉睫。本文试从战略性调整的基础出发，探索辽宁实现经济结构战略性调整的途径。
At present, the economic structure in Liaoning is basically a framework framed under the planned economic structure. Since the policy of reform and opening up has been conducted, many times of revisionary adjustments have been made in response to the shortage economy. Obviously, this economic structure can not meet the requirements of the buyer’s market. So far, all kinds of contradictions caused by irrational economic structure have been intertwined with institutional and institutional contradictions, building a barrier that Liaoning’s economy can not run smoothly and severely restricting its development. Therefore, it is imperative to make a comprehensive and fundamental adjustment to Liaoning’s economic structure. Based on the strategic adjustment, this paper tries to explore ways of Liaoning’s strategic adjustment of economic structure.
