党中央、国务院审时度势、果断决策,于2009年1月1日推出了成品油税费改革。一年来,成品油税费改革实施总体情况良好,改革达到了预期目标,在规范成品油税费关系、推动节能减排和经济结构调整、应对国际金融危机、促进科学发展等方面发挥着重要作用。
